Dare Books ships with payment of order. Educational institutions may use purchase orders, but must call (866-453-DARE) for approval. Overdue Invoices are subject to monthly service charges.
All items in stock will ship within 2 business days(Mon-Fri). Out-of-stock items will generally ship within 10 business days (some exceptions may apply). Dare Books will attempt to notify customer of any delay in shipping. Shipments will be sent UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will apply. We will ship by book rate, on request, but delivery is not guaranteed and merchandise is not insured.
Returns
Report all defects to us within 72 hours of receipt. We guarantee the products which we sell and will replace items which are genuinely defective. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice. Defective products must be returned within 10 business days to receive full credit or exchange. Credits or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Dare Books. Dare Books reserves the right to refuse such credits or exchanges. Returns must be shipped to:
